Annual Eye Exam

It is important to have your eyes checked annually. An annual eye exam assesses ocular health as well as provides a prescription for glasses or contact lenses when needed. We provide exams for patients age 5 and up. Even If you have no issues with your vision, it is still important to have your eye health checked regularly. During a routine exam we check for cataracts, glaucoma, dry eye and macular degeneration among other conditions.

Medical Office Visits

Beyond the annual eye exam, we also offer medical office visits for more specific eye care needs. We treat red eye, conjunctivitis, foreign body removal, dry eye, abrasions of the eye, and contact lens related issues among others. Conditions that need the attention of a specialist can be diagnosed and referred out to the appropriate Doctor. These include glaucoma, several corneal conditions, cataracts, macular degeneration, vitreous and retinal detachments among others.

Contact Lens Evaluation

We offer many different types of contact lens fittings including monovision, multifocal lenses, toric lenses for astigmatic patients, rigid gas permeable lenses (RGP) and specialty lenses (keratoconus, post corneal graft). We will take the time to make sure every patient gets the best vision they can for their specific needs.

Surgical Evaluation/Co-Management

If it is discovered during a routine eye exam or medical office visit, that you require further evaluation by a specialist we are able to evaluate your condition and refer to an appropriate source. We also co-manage lasik and cataracts with many specialists in the area. We are here to meet your vision and eye health needs that includes getting you the appropriate care in our office or outside if necessary.
